You should try to jump and spin into these since it's a bad idea to skate in this area. Your task is to spin into these coconuts to send them flying back. Occasionally, these baddies will burp out a green coconut. In the next area, a row of fireball-spewing foes will block your path. Be sure to jump and spin in the air to cancel out any unwanted skating or you may skate right off the edge of the ice. ![]() As the sand recedes, a tree stump will be revealed ground pound this to make some musical notes appear. Work your way through the level until you reach the small planet with the rising and lowering sand (it’s right after you collect the five star pieces). This hidden star can be found in Dusty Dune’s third star. You should be able to spot their shadows as they fall. Use long jumps to cross them, spinning to correct your jumps. The rotating stone platforms of the next area are a bit bewildering. Use the launch star to move to the next area (Note: The warp pipe by the launch star leads to the Hidden Star, "Chimp's Ultimate Skating Challenge"). Once you hit the button, backtrack to the 1-Up and Life Mushrooms near the beginning of the level. Grab a Cloud Flower and long-jump towards the large button creating cloud platforms to span the gap.
